Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your wallet recharge within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling wallet recharge is 30 days from the date you successfully recharge your wallet.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your email. We may use the same means of payment as you used for the order or different mode of payment, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

Conditions for refund:

Due to security reasons only the refund requests received from PromoPod.in registered mail id linked to your wallet will be considered for refund. Refund requests from non PromoPod.in registered mail id will be strictly declined.

In order for the wallet amount to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The amount added to the wallet was in the last 30 days

The following cannot be refunded:

• Welcome credit is not refundable.

You can request to refund your entire wallet amount following below conditions:

• Amount added in the last 30 day is only eligible for refund.

• If any promopod.in fee was debited for promotion creation then only the remaining eligible wallet amount is refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse refund which does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
